Typically orders take between 2 -3 business days to dispatch from our warehouse. During public holidays and weekends, orders may take an extra business day to dispatch.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your order’s tracking number. Naturally Australian Tea Tree Oil Pty Ltd cannot be held responsible for incorrect email addresses entered at time of purchase. Returns, refunds and exchanges must be accompanied by one of the following proof of purchase documents:
